If you are a former Piedmont member who was previously enrolled in Online Banking at Piedmont Credit Union, you DO NOT need to enroll again with ValleyStar.  Instead, please follow the steps below.  If you were not previously enrolled, you will need to enroll per the instructions provided in the Merger Support Guide you received in the mail.

Instructions for Members Previously Enrolled in Piedmont’s Online Banking:

  1. Enter your new account number in the User ID box on the homepage.
  2. Click “Log In.”
  3. Enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number as the password.

This should give you access to your new Online Banking account where you can complete your account set-up.  If you continue to experience issues or are locked out of your account, please contact us so we can assist you with getting the issue resolved.
