We successfully completed a major system upgrade including mobile banking that showcases our commitment to continuously improving and modernizing our services for your convenience. This upgrade ensures a more secure and more efficient banking experience, reflecting our dedication to providing you with top-tier financial solutions. Along with our system upgrade we have also upgraded our look. You will see a sleeker design with a new and improved logo. This new logo signifies our commitment to better banking and innovation.

As a result of our system upgrade, I am excited to introduce our new Mobile and Online Banking platform, designed to make your banking experience extremely secure, more accessible, and user-friendly. These platforms have been crafted with your needs in mind, allowing you to take control and manage your finances with greater ease and flexibility.

Despite our achievements, we remain steadfast in our commitment to further growth and expansion. Speaking of growth and expansion, I am pleased to announce the addition of two (2) new executive members to our team. Mr. Woody Windley, CFO (Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Susan Chapman CMO (Chief Marketing Officer). Their diverse expertise and fresh perspectives will contribute to our continued commitment to being the best in service and convenience. Our employees are our greatest assets, and their hard work and dedication drive our success as a credit union.

Looking ahead to the year’s final quarter, we are filled with enthusiasm and excitement for our members to enroll or re-enroll in our new Mobile and Online Banking platform, and to finally experience the better banking experience that our team worked tirelessly to improve for them. We’re happy to report that our system upgrade is complete, and you may now enroll in our new Mobile and Online Banking platform! At ValleyStar, we strive to be the best in service and convenience, and we are excited to better your banking experience with us.

To access and enroll in Mobile and Online Banking, visit valleystar.org and click “Log In” in the top right-hand corner of our webpage, OR search “ValleyStar Credit Union” in your mobile app store to download our new app. Once you are on the login screen, click “Enroll” and enter the information prompted (this is where you will need your account number).

Please note: You only need to enroll online or in the mobile app, not both. Once enrolled, be sure you have an accurate phone number and email address on file for easy access to your new Mobile and Online Banking profile. Click on your profile icon in the top left corner to update your information.
