As we turn the page to a new year, I take this moment to reflect on the exceptional journey we’ve had throughout 2023. It has been a year defined by growth, innovation, and resounding success, and I am profoundly grateful for your unwavering support and trust in ValleyStar Credit Union.

Our achievements in 2023 have been monumental, and I am thrilled to highlight some of the key milestones we’ve accomplished together. One of the most significant achievements has been the successful launch of our new mobile and online banking platforms. These advancements were made with your security and improved convenience in mind, and I am delighted by the positive feedback we’ve received about your enhanced banking experience.

I am also pleased to welcome Woody Windley as our new Chief Financial Officer and Susan Chapman as our new Chief Marketing Officer. Woody’s financial expertise and strategic acumen, combined with Susan’s innovative marketing vision, have already made a profound impact on our operations and member engagement. Their contributions have strengthened our team and enriched our approach toward better serving you, our esteemed members.
