Why are we doing this?

Current Mastercard cardholders – we are converting from Mastercard to Visa as well as preparing our programs to offer more features and benefits in the future.

When will I receive my card?

Existing Mastercard cardholders will receive a new Visa card in late April. The old Mastercard card will stop working after May 31, 2024.

Can I receive my card earlier?

Unfortunately, no, the file is generated to create all cards at the same time.

Can I extend the time my old card will work?

No. The card will be cut off after May 31, 2024. After the cut-off, the old card will be reported closed and the transactions will be moved to the new card.

When will I receive a new statement?

Statements end between the 9th and 12th of the month and will be mailed soon after.

Will I see my eStatements?

The eStatement history will transfer to the new accounts. You may see a two-day delay in seeing your statements.

Do not re-enroll if you already receive eStatements.

Current Visa eStatements will not come over with the card upgrade. You will need to re-enroll to receive eStatements. If you will need your statements for future reference, please download them now.

How do I make payments?

In branch, online banking, and by mail. Between April 12-16 paying online will not be an option. If you need to make a payment do so before these dates.

How do I view my credit card?

Log in to online banking and select the “Cards” tab at the top, locate your current Mastercard, and select “Manage Card” under the card image. You will need to add the new Visa card to your profile.

You may be asked to “merge accounts,” select yes. You may need to enroll for the first time. After enrolling the first time you will not be asked to enroll when viewing the card going forward.

What do I do if I want a Credit Line Increase on my card?

You need to apply for a new credit card.  If qualified, the credit union will move all of your current card information to the new card with the increased credit line.
