Donation Request

ValleyStar Credit Union is committed to supporting our communities through financial contributions, volunteerism and sponsorships. We support local organizations and causes that focus on education, entertainment and beautification projects. It is a privilege to have members of our communities contact us to be involved with their event or activity. Please fill out the form below to request a donation.

Donation Request Form Guidelines:

All donation requests MUST be submitted online using the form below. The Donation Form MUST be completed in its entirety, and must be accompanied by the supporting documentation outlined below.
Submissions must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.
We will only support non-profit organizations with a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
The submission of a request does not guarantee that you will receive a donation.
We will only support qualifying organizations once per calendar year.

Important: In order for your request to be complete, please confirm you are emailing the following required support documents to [email protected]. These documents must be received within three (3) business days of submitting this request.
- Copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury
- Support documents (event flyer, sponsorship form, advertising information, etc.)
