Donation Requests

ValleyStar is committed to supporting local organizations and causes that promote financial literacy, education, health and sciences, and entertainment. It is a privilege to have members of our community contact us to see if we want to be involved with their activity.

To request a donation of any kind, please read the following Guidelines and complete the secure form below.

Donation Request Form Guidelines:

  • All donation requests must be submitted online using the form below. We cannot accept any written, faxed, emailed, or hand-delivered requests.
  • Submissions must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.
  • We will only support non-profit organizations with a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
  • The submission of a request does not guarantee that you will receive a donation.
  • We only support organizations once per calendar year.

Important: In order for your request to be complete, please email a copy of your 501 (c) (3) issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury along with any event flyers or documents to support the request to marketing@valleystar.org. These documents must be received within three (3) business days of submitting this request.
